7. Consumer GuaranteesThis refund policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services have a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund, or to keep the arrangement and be compensated for any reduction in value. If the failure is minor, we must provide the services again within a reasonable time or compensate you. For the purposes of this clause, the clown being "unsettling" does not constitute a major failure. That is a feature.
